That’s it for this week. Keep an eye on these opportunities and jump on them while they’re still fresh. Take care out there and good luck with your applications!

Last month I got on a workover crew by calling the yard right after applying — “ask for the toolpush” and offer your recent pressure-test/BOP drill dates. Some outfits require HR-only, so keep it polite; anyone else seeing faster turnarounds this week?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌

Quick tip: when you email in this week for the on-site workover slots, attach a one-liner with the tubing sizes you’ve run (2–3/8, 2–7/8), your last BOP drill date, and your IADC Well Servicing/WellSharp card (IADC WellSharp® - IADC.org) — , skipping those gets you buried. Since “Remote work isn’t on the list this time”, I’ve also had luck swinging by the yard before the 6 a.m. safety meeting with PPE ready, but some yards won’t take walk-ins, so call the gate first. Anyone seeing per diem tight on these postings?

Adding to @kelsey_m89, I’ve gotten faster callbacks by stating up front: current TWIC (TWIC® | Transportation Security Administration), H2S/PEC, clean MVR, and exact start/shift availability — saves them guesswork like a tidy tally book. If you’re inland and TWIC isn’t needed, lead with the MVR and when you can start.
