That’s a wrap for this week. Hope you find something that piques your interest and gets you excited about your next role. Keep those applications rolling!

Landed an overseas floorman slot last quarter because I kept my OGUK medical and BOSIET ready to send — these are “posted in real-time” and they disappear in hours. Tip: set text alerts and apply within 30–60 minutes; a lot of recruiters filter for OPITO, quick refresher info’s at https://opito.com. Remote’s still thin, but if you’ve got crane ops or MPD time, you’ll get callbacks faster — anyone else seeing that?

Backing @xavierf21: I keep a single PDF “go-bag” (CV, certs with expiries, refs) and it got me a Brunei tour because I could hit send in 10 minutes; just watch that some countries want their own medical (e.g., GAMCA) on top of OGUK. Have a recruiter’s WhatsApp ready or you’re late — what’s your fastest turnaround?

Missed a West Africa hitch last year because my Yellow Fever card was out of date — felt like trying to catch the chopper with one boot on — so now I keep vax/passport scans in Drive and my WhatsApp number on my CV for those “real-time” calls. Agree with @xavierf21 on being ready, but for overseas I also ask upfront if travel days are paid and what the tax setup is, otherwise the shiny day rate can dull fast.
