@JLee On DVL/gyro drift, we added a 90-second pre-dive ‘bench lock’ — log DVL against a taped 5 m run to a painted target — and cut mid-dive re-zeros by about 40%; just make sure thrusters ramp in gently and TMS payout stays steady for the first 10 minutes. It’s letting the ROV idle like a truck before hitting the highway.
