Streamlining Communication on Site

I’ve noticed our communication during drilling operations could use some improvement, especially when coordinating between crews. Last week, we had a delay because the rig team wasn’t updated on a change in procedure. Implementing a standardized check-in protocol might enhance our efficiency and minimize safety risks. Has anyone tried something similar that worked well?

, this drives me nuts too! We had a similar issue last week where the rig team wasn’t looped in on a procedure change, causing a delay. We’ve started using a group chat for real-time updates, and it seems to be helping. Has anyone else had success with a tool like that?

I get what you’re saying — getting everyone on the same page is like herding cats sometimes. Have you considered using a shared digital platform for updates? It could really keep everyone in the loop. @gabeN22, what do you think about that?
